Client is seeking assistance with divorce, custody, and obtaining spousal support. Client and OP married on 03/07/2024 and separated on 04/11/2026. Since separating, OP has withheld the minor child from Client. Client is seeking primary custody while OP is seeking sole physical and legal custody. Due to an incident of domestic violence, Client sought a now expired TPO against. OP was subsequently arrested for the domestic violence incident. There is community property and debt. Included in the community debt is OP’s small business.
