Ms. Kling focuses her practice on guardianship, Medicaid planning and appeals, civil litigation, and estates and trusts. She has significant experience providing private individuals and families with assistance in addition to providing representation to skill care facilities, continuing care retirement communities, assisted living and rehabilitation facilities with guardianship, Medicaid, administrative hearings and litigation assistance. Ms. Kling received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She went on to earn her J.D. with a civil litigation concentration from the University of Buffalo School of Law. After practicing law in Western New York at a boutique firm, Ms. Kling moved to Maryland and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy J. McCrone of the Circuit Court for Howard County. She then worked at multiple elder law firms for nearly a decade practicing in nursing home assistance, guardianship, Medicaid planning and appeals, collections, mediation and probate.
