Randall H. Scarlett

Attorney Randall H. Scarlett, principal of the Scarlett Law Group, concentrates his practice in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, wrongful death and other serious wrongs. His firm also handles cases involving product liability, aviation disaster, medical malpractice, international human rights, domestic civil rights, environmental actions and complex consumer actions. Scarlett Law Group is located in San Francisco, California. A frequent lecturer throughout the United States on brain injury, spinal cord injury, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, Mr. Scarlett is admitted to practice before all the United States District Courts of California; the District of Columbia; the California Supreme Court; the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a diplomat of Trial Advocacy with the National College of Advocacy.
