Biography
Rehan N. Khawaja is an experienced bankruptcy attorney who has been providing legal services in Jacksonville and surrounding counties since 1996. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Khawaja has had the privilege to represent individuals and business in various bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Khawaja is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Khawaja has earned the highest possible AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named as a Florida Super Lawyer for 2020 and 2021. He is the former President of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and has served on the Board of Directors of Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association for more than 10 years.
