Representing clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Richard A. Sinapi is the principal and managing attorney at Sinapi Law Associates, Ltd. He has decades of experience in his practice areas, which include employment law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, real estate law and civil rights matters. In 1980, Mr. Sinapi received a Bachelor of Arts and graduated summa cum laude from Colby College. He went on to earn a Juris Doctor and graduate cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1983. Mr. Sinapi not only advocates for clients in the courtroom, but he is also an avid lobbyist. He has personally co-drafted and helped pass laws and revise regulations. In fact, GoLocalProv listed Mr. Sinapi as one of the top lobbyists in the construction industry. In the courtroom, Mr. Sinapi is a seasoned litigator who knows how to develop a convincing argument. Additionally, he is a mediator, arbitrator and guardian ad litem. This lends itself to finding cost-effective solutions outside trial. Being fully invested in a client’s case is key to helping them reach their goals. Time and again, Mr. Sinapi demonstrates his ability to blend personalized attention with aggressive representation. That is part of the reason he holds an Avvo “Superb” rating; the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Rhode Island presented him with its William G. A former adjunct professor for several universities, Mr. Sinapi is also a published author.
