It was in 2010 that Kuenzel Law, PLLC opened its doors. Our goal was to provide legal representation that was zealous in its advocacy, meticulous in its process, and passionate in seeking justice. Attorney Robert Kuenzel is a native of West Virginia with deep roots in the community. For over three decades, he has resided in Chapmanville, located in Logan County. Prior to his legal career, Rob served as a state trooper for nearly ten years.
This invaluable experience has greatly influenced his work as an attorney. For criminal investigations, he understands that law enforcement is far from perfect. He believes in his clients, and he knows how to conduct an investigation and pinpoint where there may be weak spots in the prosecution’s case.
Furthermore, he suffered a serious back injury during his time as a police officer. That experience has given him real empathy for people who have been injured in an accident. His own misfortune worked out for the best—he went to law school. He’s committed to helping other people get the kind of financial settlement they also need to start life anew.
