Robert L. Fellows

Widely regarded as one of the region’s most successful plaintiff’s attorneys, Rob Fellows is the firm’s managing partner. Rob brings more than 40 years of experience and legal skill to the courtroom and to his clients, where his reputation for meticulous attention to detail, relentless preparation, and aggressive advocacy has gained him the respect of colleagues, judges, and adversaries alike. He says, “We take the time to get to know our clients as people, beyond the facts of their cases. We learn as much as possible about how being seriously injured has affected them and their family, not just physically but also emotionally. When not practicing law, Rob can often be found in local clubs playing the Blues harmonica and jamming with other musicians or bands in the Hudson Valley. He is an avid cyclist and has also studied acting in Manhattan, appearing both in community theatre and film. Rob is honored to have recently served two consecutive terms (2023-2024) as President of the Rockland County Bar Association. He has received many honors from a variety of community organizations including the Rockland Center for the Arts, United Hospice of Rockland, Rockland Development Council as Philanthropist of the Year and the Rockland Community Foundation. This year Fellows Hymowitz Rice PLLC established a scholarship for a Rockland Community College student who has overcome adversity while maintaining academic excellence.
