Biography

Homlar is a trial attorney with twenty-five years of experience representing individuals and families in serious civil and criminal matters throughout Georgia, South Carolina, and federal courts across the Southeast. His practice focuses on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, civil rights, whistleblower, and complex and run-of-the-mill criminal defense litigation. Robert routinely represents clients against insurance companies, corporations, and government entities in challenging cases involving life-changing consequences. He also defends clients facing criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors to murder. Every case is prepared with the expectation that it may ultimately be decided by a jury.
