Ryan Tish

His practice primarily involves wage-and-hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”) representative actions on behalf of employees for the failure to pay overtime and minimum wages, failure to provide meal and rest breaks, failure to reimburse necessary business expenses, and other claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and California Labor Code. Ryan is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California.
