Biography

Attorney Saori Ishida is the founder of Ishida Immigration Law. She practices exclusively in US immigration and nationality law.Saori brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her practice. She manages a wide range of immigration cases for businesses, non-profits, entrepreneurs, individuals, and families. Her expertise includes non-immigrant visa applications for professionals (H-1B, TN, E-3), inter-company transferees (L-1), treaty traders and investors (E-1, E-2), trainees (H-3, J-1), and persons with extraordinary abilities (O-1). Saori has a proven track record of success with crucial immigration processes such as applications for PERM/Labor Certification, immigrant visa petitions, and applications for legal permanent resident status ("green card"). Moreover, she has successfully represented clients in complex immigration cases, including applications for waivers of the J-1 two-year home residence requirement, national interest waivers, and removal proceedings. She has delivered successful outcomes in cases that were previously denied or faced burdensome Requests for Evidence (RFEs) from the USCIS. Fluent in Japanese, Saori has the unique ability to cater to the needs of Japanese clients.
