Biography

Sarah E. Straub focuses her practice serving clients in the agricultural sector, providing legal representation to farmers and agricultural businesses across the state. Her practice encompasses various legal matters, with a primary focus on succession and farm transfer planning. Sarah has been re-appointed Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Agricultural Law Committee for the 2026/2027 bar year. Beyond agricultural law, Sarah extends her practice to assist individuals in estate planning and administration, real estate transactions, and agricultural-related litigation matters. Admitted to practice in all state courts within Pennsylvania, Sarah is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Sarah began her career in the legal field as a paralegal. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Central Penn College, graduating summa cum laude in September 2017, she continued her education at Penn State Law in University Park, State College. While at Penn State Law, Sarah served as an associate editor for the Penn State Law Arbitration Law Review and contributed to publications and informational resources serving the agriculture community as a research assistant at the Penn State Center for Agricultural and Shale Law.
