Sean P. Flynn

Co-Founder of Flynn Law, P.A., Sean Flynn is a second-generation personal injury attorney in the Bradenton-Sarasota area. Mr. Flynn’s practice focuses on personal injury, car accidents, DUI defense, criminal defense, criminal investigations, and more. Born and raised in the Bradenton-Sarasota area, Mr. Flynn is a 1999 graduate of Bradenton Christian School. A talented baseball player, he was honored with an athletic baseball scholarship at the University of Kansas where he went on to earn his undergraduate and graduate degrees. After graduating in the Big XII, Mr. Flynn played three years of professional baseball. Using his athletic skills and knowledge, he then furthered his career as a sports agent for an acclaimed company in Chicago. During that time, he learned the ins and outs of: Mr. Flynn has had the opportunity to successfully negotiate deals with prominent companies like Major League Baseball, Franklin, New Balance, PGA/LPGA, Lagardere Sports, NHL, IMG Academy, SFX Baseball, Nike, and Topps, among others.
