Sean P. Murray

Personal injury attorney Sean P. Murray is managing partner at the law firm Murray Legal, PLLC in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Murray has over 25 years of experience representing clients throughout the Chicago metropolitan area as well all over the United States. He handles significant cases involving automobile negligence, civil rights, construction injury, explosions, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, trucking negligence, workplace injuries and other issues. After graduating cum laude from Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Murray earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is qualified to appear before all Illinois state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois Trial Bar and the Illinois Supreme Court. Over his years in practice, Mr. Murray has secured major amounts in verdicts and negotiated settlements in injury cases. He is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He sits on the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Board of Managers and is the author of articles for the association’s publication, Trial Journal, as well as the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
