Biography

Sean Logue is a hard-working Martinsburg criminal lawyer of Mountaineer Criminal Law Group who knows how to represent people charged with criminal and traffic offenses in the state of Pennsylvania. He works tirelessly to defend the clients in federal and state court and also before various other administrations. He has received bar admission in Pennsylvania since 2008, in West Virginia since 2009, and has the license to practice in the US District Court of Pennsylvania since 2009 along with the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court Northern District of West Virginia, and the U.S. District Court Southern District of West Virginia. Sean earned his undergraduate degree from Jefferson and Washington College in the year 2004 in Political Science (Honors). He continued his education and got his degree in law from West Virginia University. Incidentally, he was the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association with his name featured below the top forty lawyers conducting trials from 2012-2014. Sean is also among Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and the Rising Star from 2014. He dreamed of beginning his practice in 2008 and offered legal representation to all his clients in a vast range of criminal cases like homicide, drug crimes, traffic offenses, DUI, and white-collar crimes. Sean represented several defendants across western Pennsylvania and the areas in the tri-state. He also offers representation to the trucking drivers and companies and their associations to resolve complicated traffic offenses. The Governor of Pennsylvania chose him as one of the members of the council of trustees of Pennsylvania and California University. Since 2009, he has had an association with National College for DUI Defense 2009.
