Biography
When Shannon began law school, she had every intention of becoming a prosecutor. Upon graduation, her career path veered slightly as she discovered her calling to help injury victims and their families. Living and growing up in corporate America, Shannon has seen how insurance companies control many aspects of people’s day to day lives. She has often seen how large companies treat their insureds and other victimized parties unfairly and unreasonably. Shannon’s mission is to advocate on behalf of her clients and make them whole again.
Being a first-generation lawyer, Shannon built her business from the ground up. Her father has owned his own business for 40 years, and that inspired her to start one of her own. Shannon has handled hundreds of cases throughout her career. From small vehicle and tractor-trailer collisions to ensuring insurance companies hold up their end of a contract, Shannon has succeeded in getting her clients compensated. Shannon enjoys her work both in and out of the courtroom and she is not afraid to take a case to trial. She walks beside her clients every step of the way. Often her clients become friends, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Customer service is just as important to Shannon as doing well on a case. She understands clients need to be updated, informed, and sometimes just need to vent. Unlike many big firms, Shannon makes herself available on nights and weekends. She takes pride in her client base and communication.
When Shannon is not fighting the good fight, you can find her out with friends and family, at home with her dog listening to a podcast, or at the gym.
Having your own law firm is not just about practicing the law, it is a business and career. Each client needs to know they are taken care of and that every one of their needs is met. I would rather take less cases and give them more attention than have hundreds of cases being shuffled in and out of my office for nominal value.
