During his long career, he has assisted clients throughout Western Pennsylvania and seen a wide range of injuries, including back and spinal injuries, arthritis, stroke, hearing loss, disfigurement, and wrongful death. Shelley also counsels clients on Long-Term Disability and Social Security Disability Insurance benefits, exploring what benefits they may be eligible for and helping them to navigate the application and appeals processes. Shelley earned his B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is a member of the America Association for Justice, The Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Western Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
