Stacy K. Hauer

Attorney Stacy Hauer holds several degrees which aid her in her pursuit of justice for those clients who have been injured as a result of defective drugs or faulty medical devices. She graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, received a Master's Degree from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota, and received her Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Chemistry from the University of Minnesota Duluth. With a background working in the health care industry and caring for patients, Ms. Hauer has a compassionate perspective in advocating for clients who have been injured by defective drugs and medical devices. Since she began practicing law, Ms. Hauer has focused much of her practice in the area of large national cases, including Baycol, Zyprexa, Medtronic defibrillators, Guidant defibrillators, Medtronic Sprint Fidelis leads, Digitek and Levaquin. She has lectured on many subjects including pharmacology, off-label use of drugs, medical device litigation, among others. She is licensed to practice within the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin, before the U.S. District Court of Minnesota, and the 8th and 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
