Biography
Stephanie Montesdeoca is a personal injury attorney dedicated to aggressively advocating for injured clients. She is a proud Latina and fluent in Spanish. Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board and competed in a national appellate advocacy competition. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2024.Following law school, Stephanie worked at an insurance defense firm representing insurance companies, gaining valuable insight into how insurers evaluate and defend claims. She now leverages that experience to strategically and fiercely advocate for clients alongside Seni Popat.
