Tarik Habbas

As a partner at Habbas & Associates, Tarik Habbas combines strong legal advocacy with a client-first approach, helping individuals and families in San Jose secure meaningful results during some of life’s most challenging moments. In May 2019, after approximately 3 years at Gwilliam Ivary Chiosso Cavalli & Brewer, APC, Tarik joined Habbas Law, bringing a strong legal foundation and a commitment to continuing the firm’s legacy of client-focused advocacy. Since joining, Tarik has worked tirelessly to shape Habbas Law into the firm it has become today. His role within the firm reflects both experience and forward momentum, as he contributes to the next generation of leadership while maintaining the values that have defined Habbas Law for decades. Tarik earned his B.A. in Political Science from Santa Clara University before continuing his legal education at Santa Clara University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2016. His academic background, rooted in the same community the firm serves, reflects a consistent connection to the Bay Area and a deep understanding of the people and clients he represents.
