Timothy D. Erb is a shareholder in our Real Estate department. He practices in both commercial and residential real estate, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, development, and title law. His practice also includes providing counsel to developers and associations regarding formation and operation of common interest communities (condominiums, townhomes/planned communities, mixed-use, and master associations). Tim is a Minnesota State Bar Association Real Propery Law Specialist and has been named Minnesota Super Lawyers Rising Star (Real Estate 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and Minnesota Super Lawyer (Real Estate 2023-2026).
