Timothy J. Santelli

Timothy J. Santelli is the founder of and principal attorney at The Law Offices of Timothy J. Santelli, PC. Located in Atlanta and providing representation to clients throughout the state of Georgia and Southeast. He divides his practice among personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice trial work. Mr. Santelli has been admitted to practice before the Georgia state courts, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court and The Northern District of Georgia Federal court since 1997. In his personal injury and wrongful death practice, Mr. Santelli assists people who have incurred substantial economic and noneconomic losses as a result of the negligence of other parties. The types of cases that he has handled in this regard have arisen out of incidents involving wrongful death, premises liability, dog bites/attacks, medical malpractice, trucking/big rig crashes, airline incidents and crashes and other motor vehicle collisions. During his career as a plaintiff's attorney, Mr. Santelli has been able to obtain over $250 million in compensation via settlements, benefits, verdicts and jury awards on behalf of his clients. Mr. Santelli majored in social sciences at the University at Buffalo prior to obtaining his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. His professional affiliations include the Dekalb Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association to name a few. Mr. Santelli is a frequent continuing legal education speaker. Tim is father of three precious boys, Nicholas, Anthony and Timothy who always come first in his life.
