Todd A. Bresney

A stalwart legal advocate with nearly three decades of experience practicing law, Todd A. Bresney is a pillar of leadership within his legal community and has cultivated a reputation for maintaining an unwavering work ethic and fighting tooth and nail for his clients throughout the duration of their legal cases. At the law office of Kanoski Bresney, in Bloomington, Illinois, he primarily handles personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, products liability, workers’ compensation, construction accidents, mesothelioma exposure, animal attacks and wrongful death, among many others. Mr. Bresney completed his undergraduate studies in 1992, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in public administration and business administration from Illinois State University. He went on to attend the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology, and during his time there, he was part of the Chicago-Kent National Mock Trial Team and was actively involved in the Criminal Defense Clinic. For the decades of efforts he has contributed to his legal community, he has been included in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers list by the National Trial Lawyers. He has tried over 100 cases to verdict across Illinois and in numerous other states.
