Todd W. Souve

Born and raised in Rochester, NY. Attended State University of NY at Albany and participated in American Studies Honors Program in Washington DC in 1981. I have practiced in almost every type of law and Managed both a rural 2 county and a regional 15 county Legal Aid Program where I was actively working in all areas of law and designing programs to bring legal rights and information to those in need of legal assistance. I have participated as appointed counsel in Criminal and Appellate matters for indigent citizens in several Southwestern Ohio counties. I have practiced bankruptcy law since 1990 and concentrated my work solely in the Bankruptcy area for the last 5 years. I am admitted to the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio Bankruptcy Courts.
