Biography
Tom and his brother, Matt, grew up as children of lawyers. Both parents, Tom and Gail Bunch, are attorneys. The Bunch family remains committed to providing top-quality legal advice and exceptional client service.
Tom Bunch II began practicing law with his father’s law firm in 1989. After graduating from Henry Clay High School in 1982, Tom went to Wake Forest University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986. Upon graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law, in 1989, Tom joined his father’s law firm, Bunch & Brock, where he has been practicing law for almost 30 years. Tom is married and has 4 children.
“I like helping people, and I appreciate the trust that they place in me. Because both our parents are attorneys, the law permeated our childhood. We saw dad in court. After school, we did our homework in the law firm conference room, and I carried my homework in a briefcase just like Dad’s. The law was conversation at the dinner table. We understood from a young age that we had to represent clients to the best of our ability.”
Tom is a well-rounded attorney who can bring his experience to bear upon circumstances as presented by a client. Tom practices in Debtor and Creditor Legal Issues arising in Bankruptcy (with extensive experience in Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 cases, aka Personal Bankruptcy and Corporate Bankruptcy) and non-bankruptcy matters (loan workouts and foreclosure defense, debt relief and debt settlement).
