Tom Faubion

According to Spartan legend, the parting cry to warriors heading into battle was “Come back with your shield or on it.” The meaning was simple: keep fighting or die trying. Tom represents his clients with the same passion and ferocity as a Spartan warrior. Tom was employed by the City of Eatonville as Municipal Court Judge. Tom began his legal career as an intern in 1975-1976 at this law firm, when Alliance Law Group was known as McCormick Hoffman Rees and Arnold P.S. The early partners immediately recognized his legal skills and tireless work effort and refused to let him go. Tom has been practicing with this group since he passed the bar examination in 1976. He became a partner in 1978 and has been part of the fabric of the law firm and a respected member of the Pierce County legal community ever since.
