VC
Biography
Applying over 25 years of experience as a defense attorney to help injured people
Victor was born in Hradec Kralove, Czechoslovakia on April 23, 1968. He and his mother were forced to escape almost immediately after he was born when the Russians invaded to stop democracy. He considers them to be very fortunate to become citizens of this great country. He grew up as a teenager in Fort Smith. He thought he was going to be a basketball coach until he realized that he wanted to become a lawyer when he started out as a runner and then worked as a paralegal for a law firm while attending college in Shreveport, Louisiana.
He began his practice in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1996 after graduating from LSU Law, but he remained a Hog through and through. Victor came back to Fort Smith and continued with his practice at Ledbetter, Cogbill, Arnold & Harrison until 2024 when he decided he wanted a change of scenery before he came to work for Caddell Reynolds in 2025. Victor strives to even the playing field in civil litigation against defendants which have a leg up over injured people. Businesses nearly always have the necessary resources to hire several defense attorneys on their cases, because businesses treat litigation as a cost of doing business. Injured individuals very rarely have the luxury to plan for litigation, because injuries are a surprise and can be economically devastating.
The following are reported cases for which Victor has written briefs that resulted in reported decisions:
Choosing the right attorney is critical to the outcome of your case. We’re proud of the victories they have achieved, both in and out of court, for thousands of clients across Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
