Walt Cubberly is a partner at Williams Hart & Boundas, LLP. He helps his clients stand up to the companies that hurt them and their families. Walt is dedicated to protecting his clients and loves trying cases before juries, who have the power to hold these big corporations accountable. He is proud to serve on the leadership of both the Lyft JCCP and the Uber JCCP in California and to represent the brave women who are fighting Uber and Lyft. California courts have appointed Walt as a co-lead in both the Uber and Lyft sexual-assault cases. Walt is honored to represent so many brave women who have the courage to fight these greedy corporations. Walt graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. He then went to the University of Houston Law Center, graduating tenth in his class. While in law school, he was admitted to the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barons and received the Lex Award for Constitutional Law.
