Desmon earned his law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law before taking his talents to South Florida, where he served the people of Broward County as a prosecutor for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. In just two years, he tried more than thirty-five jury trials to verdict—experience that shaped his confident and practical approach to the courtroom. After returning to private practice in his home state of North Carolina in 2016, Desmon focused on representing individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death cases, including auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims.
