Biography
Zachary Leacox is an Orlando personal injury attorney, Managing Partner of Norden Leacox, and a Florida Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, a distinction held by only a small percentage of attorneys in the state. Board certification is Florida’s official and independent recognition of a lawyer’s expertise in a specialty area of law and is widely regarded as the gold standard in legal excellence.
Zach is also recognized as a Super Lawyers honoree, a Florida Trend Legal Elite, Notable Managing Partner, and holds the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence, ethics, and peer respect in the legal industry.
Before dedicating his career to injury victims, Zach spent years representing insurance companies and large corporations. As a defense attorney, he saw firsthand the strategies insurance carriers use to undervalue claims and deny injured individuals the compensation they deserve. Today, he uses that insider knowledge to aggressively fight for those harmed by negligence, turning defense into offense for every client he represents.
Zach focuses his practice 100% on accident and injury law and has represented thousands of clients throughout Florida. He has successfully taken jury trials to verdict in nine different Florida counties, giving him deep courtroom experience across multiple jurisdictions and a proven ability to deliver results in high-stakes litigation.
He is an active member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Florida Justice Association, Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association, and the Orange County Bar Association, reinforcing his leadership and dedication to trial advocacy throughout Central Florida and beyond.
