Kirby is a partner at Edwards Kirby, L.L.P., based in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he represents individuals and families navigating serious personal injury matters. His practice is focused on helping clients recover compensation and rebuild their lives after devastating accidents, with an emphasis on personal injury, truck accidents and wrongful death claims. Mr. Kirby has developed a reputation for advocating on behalf of those harmed by negligence, particularly in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and liability disputes. He works closely with clients to understand the full impact of their injuries and to pursue outcomes that protect their long-term financial and personal well-being. In addition to litigating cases, he is committed to guiding clients through each stage of the legal process with clarity and responsiveness. Mr. Kirby earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2015. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in North Carolina and is also admitted to all federal courts within the state. Active in the legal and local community, Mr. Kirby serves on the board of directors for the North Carolina Museum of History Associates. He is also a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Tenth Judicial District Bar and the Wake County Bar Association.
