Winston S. Kirby

Winston S. Kirby is a partner at Edwards Kirby, L.L.P., based in Raleigh, North Carolina, where he represents individuals and families navigating serious personal injury matters. His practice is focused on helping clients recover compensation and rebuild their lives after devastating accidents, with an emphasis on personal injury, truck accidents and wrongful death claims. Mr. Kirby has developed a reputation for advocating on behalf of those harmed by negligence, particularly in complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and liability disputes. Active in the legal and local community, Mr. Kirby serves on the board of directors for the North Carolina Museum of History Associates. He is also a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Tenth Judicial District Bar and the Wake County Bar Association.
