Mr. Estes concentrates his practice on medical malpractice and personal injury matters. He represents individuals throughout the state of New Mexico who have been injured or lost a loved one due to negligence. Mr. Estes has more than a decade of experience and handles a variety of personal injury matters. He has experience settling and litigating cases involving car accidents, bicycle accidents, medical negligence, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, police brutality, premises liability, products liability, slip and falls, and wrongful death. Over the course of his career, Mr. Estes has successfully settled and litigated numerous malpractice and personal injury cases. He understands the overwhelming impact of a catastrophic injury and is committed to providing compassionate representation and aggressively advocating on behalf of his clients.
