Daniel Estes

Attorney Daniel Estes is a founding partner at Ellis & Estes Attorneys at Law in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Mr. Estes concentrates his practice on medical malpractice and personal injury matters. He represents individuals throughout the state of New Mexico who have been injured or lost a loved one due to negligence. Mr. Estes has more than a decade of experience and handles a variety of personal injury matters. He has experience settling and litigating cases involving car accidents, bicycle accidents, medical negligence, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, police brutality, premises liability, products liability, slip and falls, and wrongful death. Over the course of his career, Mr. Estes has successfully settled and litigated numerous malpractice and personal injury cases. He understands the overwhelming impact of a catastrophic injury and is committed to providing compassionate representation and aggressively advocating on behalf of his clients. He gets to know each of his clients and uses his years of acquired skill and legal knowledge to advocate for the best possible outcome. Mr. Estes earned bachelor’s degrees in history and physics from the University of New Mexico. He received his law degree from the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, Colorado. Following law school graduation, Mr. Estes returned home to New Mexico and obtained his license to practice law in 2009. He is qualified to appear and practice before all New Mexico state courts. Outside of the office, Mr. Estes stays involved in his legal community. He is an active member of the State Bar of New Mexico.
