As an athlete and a musician, the focus and determination she has developed transfer over to her professional work representing clients throughout Kentucky in matters of premises liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and medical malpractice. Admitted to practice in Indiana, Tennessee and Kentucky as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States, Ms. Hiestand has over 20 years of experience obtaining favorable verdicts for clients who have been injured by another’s negligence. The former president of the Kentucky Justice Association, Ms. Hiestand has received many awards and honors.
