Throughout his career, he has repeatedly achieved multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements for his clients. John’s areas of practice include representing clients who have been killed or injured through medical malpractice and medical negligence; clients who have been killed or suffered catastrophic injuries in automobile collisions; and clients who have been killed or suffered severe injuries because of the negligence of corporations. John also represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated and whistleblowers under the False Claims Act.
