John C. Moylan, III

John Moylan is a native South Carolinian and graduate of Harvard Law School who represents individuals who have been killed or suffered severe injuries through the negligence of others. Throughout his career, he has repeatedly achieved multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements for his clients. John’s areas of practice include representing clients who have been killed or injured through medical malpractice and medical negligence; clients who have been killed or suffered catastrophic injuries in automobile collisions; and clients who have been killed or suffered severe injuries because of the negligence of corporations.  John also represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated and whistleblowers under the False Claims Act.  As an advocate for his clients and friends, John has appeared in publications including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, Newsweek Magazine, and People Magazine.
